Refund and Returns Policy for AetherX.in
At AetherX.in, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most products, starting from the date your order is delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item:
We will arrange for a free return and offer a full refund or a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Change of Mind / Product No Longer Needed:
You may return the product within 30 days. The item must meet the return conditions outlined below.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be eligible, the product must meet the following conditions:
Original Condition:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging:
The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and promotional materials.
Proof of Purchase:
A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be included with the return.
Exclusions:
Due to the nature of some electronics, items like software licenses, products with broken seals, or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Email our Customer Support team at support@aetherx.in or call +91 9643592149 (update your number) within the applicable return window.
Provide Details:
Include your Order Number, product name, and reason for return.
Return Authorization:
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions.
Packaging:
Securely pack the product (preferably in original packaging) to avoid damage. Clearly write the RA number on the package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Item:
Shipping cost is borne by AetherX.in (pickup or prepaid label will be provided). No restocking fee.
For Change of Mind / No Longer Needed:
Shipping cost is borne by the customer. A restocking fee may apply.
5. Restocking Fee
AetherX.in reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for non-defective returns if:
- Product requires testing
- Repackaging is needed
- Item cannot be sold as new
The fee will be communicated before processing and deducted from the refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
Note: Bank processing time may vary.
Order Cancellation Policy
A. Free Cancellation Period
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
Contact us immediately via email or phone.
B. Cancellation After 12 Hours (Processing Fee Applies)
If cancellation is requested between 12–24 hours:
- A processing fee will apply
- Covers packing, testing, and handling efforts
- Fee will be deducted from refund
C. No Cancellation After 24 Hours (or after Dispatch)
Once:
- 24 hours have passed, OR
- Order is dispatched
Cancellation is not possible.
You must follow the 30-Day Return Policy after delivery (shipping + restocking may apply).
