The SAA series, commonly referred to as the 1.0/2.3 connector, is a subminiature RF interface designed to meet the high-density requirements of modern telecommunications and professional video industries. This female (jack) variant features a 2-hole flange panel mount design, allowing it to be bolted directly to a chassis or bulkhead. This provides superior mechanical stability compared to thread-in versions, ensuring the connector remains stationary during high-frequency mating cycles.

Optimized for 75-Ohm impedance, the SAA connector is critical for maintaining signal integrity in E1, E3, and DS3 telephony circuits, as well as 3G-SDI and 4K UHD video routing.
