The TNC (Threaded Neill-Concelman) series is a high-reliability RF interface designed to maintain electrical continuity in high-vibration environments by replacing the BNC bayonet mount with a secure threaded coupling. This male (plug) variant is specifically optimized for the 6.1mm (0.240″) cable class, providing a precision fit for ultra-low-loss LMR240 cables. It is widely utilized in applications where the signal demands lower attenuation than RG58 can provide, but the mechanical stability of a threaded interface is still required for outdoor or mobile deployments.

This connector utilizes a professional dual-crimp termination system. The outer ferrule creates a 360-degree mechanical bond with the cable’s foil and braid shielding, while the precision-machined center pin is crimped to the internal conductor.
