Description

The 0.81mm Micro-Coaxial cable is one of the smallest RF interconnect solutions available, designed for 50 Ohm systems where traditional coaxial cables are too bulky. With a nominal outer diameter of just 0.81mm, it is specifically optimized for routing through tiny hinge mechanisms and confined electronic housings. The cable features a stranded silver-plated copper center conductor, which provides the high flexibility and fatigue resistance required for devices that undergo frequent movement or vibration.

The internal architecture consists of a high-performance FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) or PFA dielectric and jacket, ensuring excellent thermal stability and low signal loss. Despite its microscopic size, it maintains effective signal integrity via a high-density silver-plated copper braided shield. This cable is the industry standard for micro-pigtail assemblies and is almost exclusively terminated with ultra-low-profile connectors such as U.FL, W.FL, or MHF4.
