RG-223 is a premium, double-shielded version of the standard RG-58, designed for 50 Ohm systems that demand superior shielding effectiveness. Manufactured to meet strict MIL-C-17 military specifications, it is optimized for high-performance RF environments where signal leakage or external noise could compromise system integrity. The cable features a solid silver-plated copper center conductor, which provides exceptional conductivity and signal stability compared to standard bare copper or alloy cores.

The defining feature of RG-223 is its dual-layer silver-plated copper braid.
